Ward family | North East Portrait Photographer
The rain came down with in bucket full. Did that stop us? in fact the rain actually added to the photograph. Both Toby and Amber didn’t seem to mind the wet weather. Ive even just noticed they were in perfect step walking away from Danby Beacon too.
Headshots | North East Portrait Photography
Actor and Actress head shots aren’t something I get the chance to photograph very often. But I love capturing the essence and character of a person, so it gives me a great chance to help portray this through the image for any publications they needed.
Charlotte Potter Singer | North East Portrait Photographer.
I love my profession, some days its the pressure of weddings, the next its a family portrait then sometimes I get to do something a little different. Charlotte contacted me a few months back about doing a shoot, showcasing the area as part of her new up coming album.
Sam and Racheal | Rushpool Hall Wedding Venue Photographer
These guys knew how to make the most of their wedding day. They had everything planned down to the last dot. The wedding ceremony room was decorated with such fine detail it was amazing, their organisational skills teamed up so well with the wedding events team at Rushpool Hall too.
Locke | North East Family Portrait Photographer.
I’ve witness this young man grow from a mear child into the starts of a young adult almost ready for his transition to senior school. I can’t believe hows hes changed over the years. Some lovely simply portraits captured his character perfectly for another year.
So you need a wedding photographer? what do you look for?
So, where do we start?
You have spent hours searching through social media and trawling through websites, you’ve asked for a recommendation in a post on Social media and your 2000 friends have each sent you the name and link for a different photographer, like that helped! Confused?
Lane Family | North East Portrait Photographer
I’ve known these guys for a very long time, Ive covered many of their portraits, whether is be christmas family get together or the precious pet portrait. So to continue this almost tradition was a pleasure.
Oliver and Hayley | Rushpool Hall Wedding Venue
My final wedding of 2022 and what a wedding to photograph too. Oliver and Hayley had chosen the most popular wedding venue I’d worked at all year. Rushpool Hall wedding Venue, based just out side the beautiful seaside town of Saltburn. Its a wedding venue I’ve grown to love and cherish working at. I also photo bombed the bridesmaid selfie too.
Chadwick Family | North East Family Portrait Photographer
I remember capturing Tom when he was almost the same age as Poppy. I can’t believe how he’s grown. As a portrait photographer, I like to work in an environment that makes the family, children, everyone to be honest literally at home and relaxed. Working in the family home or on location really make a difference to how people react in front of the camera
Walker Family | North East Family Portrait Photographer.
I love capturing family portrait photography, The North East has some wonderful locations to capture children, families in front of the camera. I find locations shoots so much relaxed and because of that the images I capture look so much more natural. I always feel happy knowing I can let the children be themselves, play and run around.
Pinkball, Cancer Research UK | Gisborough Hall
I’ve covered the Pinkball arranged by the Pink Ladies, East Cleveland since they started running them at Gisborough Hall. I cover these free of charge, its such a wonderful event for such an important charity. With guest appearances from such local celebrities as Bernie Slaven. The girls work hard to create this event and manage to generate a huge amount of money for the charity.
Adam and Yvette | Rushpool Hall Wedding Venue wedding photographer.
I have fallen in love with Rushpool Hall wedding venue, Ive worked there that many times over the past year. Adam and Yvette although living out of the area, they too fell in love the charms of Rushpool Hall. Glad they booked me to cover their wedding photography too.
Michael and Angela | Whitley Hall Hotel, Sheffield
I do get to work at some fantastic places, Whiteley Hall hotel was on of them. A travel from teesside to Sheffield was part of the day, which I didn’t mind and I love to drive. Micheal and Angela chose the hotel nestled away in the middles of the woodland on the out skirts of Sheffield for their wedding day.
Being a wedding photographer, I love to work in new venues. It excites me to find new and innovative wedding images.
Martin and Jackie | Pinchinthorpe Hall.
I was over the moon to be finally working at Pininchthorpe Hall country House, The gardens and Hall are beautiful;. So when Martin and Jackie booked me to cover their wedding I couldn’t wait. They had such a simple and intermate wedding it felt really nice to be surrounded by just close friends and family. Things are more special that way and my wedding photography can show that perfectly.
Something a Little Different | A Belated Halloween Portrait Blog!
A little late I know! I’ve had these Images sat in my folder on the PC for a while. I seem to have done nothing but weddings this year, so it was nice to get out and shoot a portrait, with something a little different than the norm. People seem to think all I do is weddings, wrong! I’ve covered family portrait of all sorts for years. Just since the Covid pandemic we’ve being catching up with weddings. So, when the ladies came to me with this trend I jumped at the chance to capture them. I immediately knew the location that would be perfect
Dan and Victoria | Sneaton Castle Whitby, North Yorkshire.
Dan and Victoria chose their wedding to be at Sneaton Castle, nestled in the fishing town of Whitby, North Yorkshire. Formerly the weddings were held at Crossbutts, the Stables just across the road. However the chapel and surrounds of Sneaton Castle make for some fabulous photography. A solid choice by any couple.
James and Lydia | Ox Pasture Hall
Wow! What a day this was, my longest wedding of the year, 13 hours. The venue helped a lot with that, Ox Pasture Hall hotel is such a fabulous venue, set in the forest just outside Scarborough, the surroundings are amazing. Giving any photographer plenty of scope whilst working with a bride and groom. James and Lydia fell in love with the venue before the Covid Pandemic.
Dan and Louise | Rushpool Hall Wedding Venue.
Dan and Louise are actually my daughters horse riding instructors. So for me to capture their wedding meant a lot to me. They have both brought such a broad smile to my daughter face I wanted to repay the smile.
James and Bethany | Raven Hall Hotel
I love new venues, especially on such wonderful sunny warm days too. Raven Hall Country House Hotel isn’t really a new venue for me, but it isn’t somewhere I work regularly. I was so glad that James and Bethany chose to have their wedding day at the hotel given its panoramic views.
Craig and Gemma | Redcar Wedding Photographers
Craig and Gemma arranged a wonderful wedding starting my coverage at the Park Hotel, where in a whirlwind of dresses, make-up and hair the girls were getting ready. From there I managed to have an hour with the guys too. It was a nice touch for couple to want the story to start from both their perspectives. Something I usually only do from the brides side… after all its all about the bride!
